About Stefan Sinn Real Estate

When Klaus Sinn sold his franchise brokerage with over 60 agents, he recognized the traditional brokerage model was broken. With over 10,000 active agents in Palm Beach County, the average agent only sells 2-3 homes a year – hardly enough to make a living, and certainly not enough to reinvest in training and education. This is also why the big name brokerages need hundreds of agents in order to be profitable, hoping that enough of their agents will sell something. The result is an emotionally and physical drained real estate agent, frustrated clients, and a profession which ranks as one of the least trusted professions out there. The majority of agents were succumbed by this model and Klaus & Stefan were no exception. The solution was a team model, which is how Stefan Sinn Real Estate was born. The premise is to heavily invest in the development of a few quality people, rather than hire hundreds of agents, so they have the skillset to attract and service their clientele at the highest level.
